Ventura Rotaract

Local Ventura young adult club for service-minded individuals aged 18 and over. Our efforts are not only financial by laborious for the task at hand. Click Here.

Rotaract is a humanitarian organization for young professionals between the ages of 18 and up. Rotaract Clubs are dedicated to contributing to local and international charity work. We are a true non-profit. Our volunteers donate their time and energy to eliminate any type of overhead, allowing all proceeds to be contributed to the cause. We are here to make a difference! Rotaract clubs are located

all around the world. Each club in an independent organization within the Rotary international family. Our ideals, standards and code of ethics are shared, however each club has its own projects and causes. We follow the FOUR avenues of Service:

Club Service:
Community Service
International Service, and
Vocational Service. Check out Rotary International site. Ventura Rotaract chartered in District 5240 in May 2010. We hit the ground running, taking up service and volunteer projects in support of Rotary, and local non-profit organizations. To date, we’ve joined over 70 events and benefits within Ventura County. We have been fortunate to have the drive, resources and ability to host our own benefits, each of which has found its own personality and success.

Our member Ali suggested a Dave & Buster’s social, so he got his wish for our March social! We had a blast trying out all the games and competing against each other. Hope you can join us for the next one!

For our March meeting, we partnered with to make wigs for kids with cancer. This is our second year being a part of this project, and we’ve really enjoyed being able to help make a meaningful difference.

Our very own Olivia and Derek represented Ventura Rotaract at the Rotary District Conference, sharing our 2025 international service project in Vietnam.
Earlier this year, our club helped fund and build a school in a rural community—an experience that reminded us what service beyond borders truly means.
We’re so proud of our members for carrying our story forward and continuing to inspire others through action.

This season, we’re proud to support Love Ventura and their Season of Love campaign—an incredible way to help families in our community during the holidays.
Whether it’s providing a hot holiday meal, supporting a youth, or helping an entire family, every gift truly makes a difference.

Last month, four of our Rotaractors joined the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention in Ventura for a meaningful day of remembrance and support.
Each bead necklaces we wore represented love, loss, and connection—a reminder of the importance of community and compassion.
It was a beautiful, somber day, and we were honored to be part of it.

Today our Rotaractors teamed up with Friends of the Library Ventura to load, unload, and set up books for their big sale event. Always proud to support literacy and our local community.

And of course, no book sale is complete without a haul—swipe to see Olivia celebrating her new finds (even if they wouldn’t quite stay in the bag).
