Rotaract is a humanitarian organization for young professionals between the ages of 18 and up. Rotaract Clubs are dedicated to contributing to local and international charity work. We are a true non-profit. Our volunteers donate their time and energy to eliminate any type of overhead, allowing all proceeds to be contributed to the cause. We are here to make a difference! Rotaract clubs are located all around the world. Each club in an independent organization within the Rotary international family. Our ideals, standards and code of ethics are shared, however each club has its own projects and causes. We follow the FOUR avenues of Service:

Club Service:
Community Service
International Service, and
Vocational Service. Check out Rotary International site. Ventura Rotaract chartered in District 5240 in May 2010. We hit the ground running, taking up service and volunteer projects in support of Rotary, and local non-profit organizations. To date, we’ve joined over 70 events and benefits within Ventura County. We have been fortunate to have the drive, resources and ability to host our own benefits, each of which has found its own personality and success.

90 degree heat didn’t stop us from getting out for Love Ventura and their Citywide Day of Service! We teamed up with Ventura Land Trust to clear trash from a deeply affected area. We helped unload multiple truck beds that other volunteers had loaded up with all the trash they found. We filled two giant dumpsters with things like couches, empty jugs, old tents and other things people have dumped. It was rewarding to see our hard work bring nature back! Thanks for having us and can’t wait until next year!

We had a blast working with Food Forward Inc. this month!
We love getting outside and helping others, and this was the perfect opportunity to do both. We picked fruit that was then donated to those in need. We can’t wait to help out again soon! 🍊
