Please join Diversity Collective on Thursday June 25th from 6-8pm at the Ventura Botanical Gardens located behind Ventura City Hall for an evening of Community benefiting Ventura County PRIDE. This is a ticketed event General tickets are $50 each and VIP tickets are $85 each. Hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine, soda, and water provided. It will be a great evening at an iconic location !! It was wonderful to join community members, advocates, allies, and local leaders yesterday for the Ventura County Pride Flag Raising at the County Government Center.

We know how important visibility, support, and connection are for LGBTQ+ people and their families. The Pride flag is a powerful symbol of hope, resilience, and belonging, and seeing it raised over our county sends a clear message that LGBTQ+ people are valued, supported, and welcome here.

Thank you to Ventura County for recognizing Pride Month and to everyone who helps create a more inclusive and welcoming community for all.

SAVE THE DATE !!!! Ventura County PRIDE 2026 on Saturday July 25th at Plaza Park across from the Santa Clara Post Office. This year’s festival theme is “Here To Stay”, hours are 11am-5pm. There will be plenty of vendors, food trucks, beer garden, ticketed VIP area, drag performances along with the Ms Ventura County PRIDE Pageant competition as well as various musical and dance performances throughout the day !!! More details to come on specialty area throughout the park !!!! See EVERYONE on July 25 11am-5pm !!!!! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Camarillo Pride, you filled our hearts yesterday.
A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers who showed up with kindness, courage, and love. Your presence creates the kind of welcoming space where people feel seen, supported, and safe, and that means everything.

Our organization may run on love, but we can’t thrive without volunteers. You are the heartbeat of this work. When you give your time, you’re giving someone hope, connection, and a reminder that our community is real and here for them.

And we’re not done yet.

Celebrate trans and nonbinary people in your neighborhood with Authentic Selves! 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

Developed in collaboration with PFLAG National and Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund, Family Diversity Project’s traveling exhibit, Authentic Selves, explores gender identity while offering a compelling look at the challenges and the triumphs of remarkable trans and nonbinary people, and their loved ones. With stunning photographs and first-person interviews, this exhibit seeks to challenge damaging myths and stereotypes about trans and nonbinary people and to educate people about this community.

Authentic Selves can be used in schools, colleges, houses of worship, libraries, museums, conferences, and workplaces to help create safer environments. Bring this celebratory exhibit to your community, along with the companion book, which features a foreword by trans activist, Jazz Jennings, and her mother Jeanette, as well as a preface by Brian K. Bond, CEO of PFLAG National.
