ONE YEAR LATER!

We officially started our lease here at 65 Franklin St. on September 1, 2025. We have much to be thankful for since that exciting day:

🌻 We are blessed with a great new location and a super landlord who responds quickly when needed and even brings in donations to help us help others in need!

🌻 We are blessed with a team of 35+ volunteers who step up every day to enable us to help others in need. Collectively they complete over 50 tasks each month to get the job done. Yes, It really does take a village, and a lot of love!

🌻 We are blessed by the faith of First Presbyterian Church of Valparaiso, its staff and its congregation who have supported us in helping others for almost 85 years.

🌻 We are blessed by the generosity of each and every person who donates to our wealth of unimaginable items, each of which plays a part in enabling us to help others.

🌻 We are blessed by every customer who passes through our doors and shares their own blessings with us, whether those blessings come through purchases they make or laughter, tears, and life stories they share. Every one of you helps us help others!

🌻 Finally, as we reflect on our first year here, we are blessed to have been able to give $38,481 during that time to support local non profits and disaster aid funds and, in turn, help others. All of this because of each of you! 🙏🩷

🌻 Our first year here may be over, but we still have more to give! We will close the shop tomorrow at 3pm for our Fall cleaning and semi annual change over of merchandise.

🌻We invite you to come in tomorrow from 11 to 3 and take home any remaining items in our shop for FREE! If you wish to make a donation, a jar will be available on our counter, but payment is not expected. We need you to help us clear the racks!!! Please share this info with your families and friends!

🌻 Our shop will reopen Saturday, September 12, Popcorn Festival Day. We can’t wait to share our days with you again. Please hold any donations you may have until Tuesday, September 15th, our first regular business day after our break. Thanks for understanding!
