At Opportunity Enterprises, our staff are at the heart of everything we do. That's why our annual Staff Picnic is dedicated to celebrating them and the impact they make every day.

This year's picnic brought together staff and families for an afternoon of food, fun, laughter, and connection at OE Lakeside. After a summer of challenges, it was especially meaningful to relax, reconnect, and celebrate the amazing OE family. The weather could not have been more perfect, and the joy shared throughout the day was a wonderful reminder of the caring, supportive community we've built together. A special thanks to our OE Staff Picnic Committee for making this a fun and memorable event each year.

A huge thank you to Pines Village Retirement Communities for generously providing space for our client's art class with Art Barn School of Art. Thanks to your flexibility and generosity, we were able to stay on schedule and continue providing meaningful arts programming with our clients.

Thanks to Pines Village Retirement Communities for providing space for our art class with Opportunity Enterprises yesterday. Thanks to Pines Village's generosity, we were able to stay on schedule with our class with OE. Although we weren't able to see students at Art Barn, we were still able to provide important arts programming with our regular instructor, Nancy Petruska.

"Pivoting" is a skill we use during these unprecedented times to provide some normalcy for our students. Big thanks to OE for being willing to provide transportation to a different location and thanks to Pines Village for making space for us. We value you so much!

We're grateful to Marc Ruiz, former Board Chair of Opportunity Enterprises, for his generous personal donation to the Shared Table Food Pantry.

Marc is a dedicated champion of OE's mission for many years, and we're thankful for his continued investment in the people and programs that make our community stronger. Shared Table Food Pantry provides nutritious food to local families and serves as a hands-on learning lab where people with disabilities build valuable employment and life skills through real-world experience in a grocery and customer service setting. Gifts like Marc's help ensure our community neighbors have access to healthy food while creating meaningful opportunities for people to learn, grow, and gain confidence. The remodeling at our Fiesta Group Home is officially complete! 🎉🏡

Now our clients are back to a refreshed and improved home designed with their comfort and well-being in mind. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make these renovations possible! We're excited for our clients to enjoy their newly updated space for years to come! 💙
