We are so grateful for your support of Upstate Caring Partners during the MV Gives campaign.

Thanks to you, children in our Early Intervention program will soon have a playground where they can climb, bike, run and jump and practice the social skills they are learning!

Upstate Caring Partners' focus for this year’s Mohawk Valley Gives day will be a new playground for our Early Intervention program located at 125 Business Park Drive, Utica, NY.

This will be a fenced space with swings, a slide, sensory panels and pathways for bicycles, which gives toddlers in our programs access to activities that build on occupational and physical therapies they might be receiving as well as instruction they are learning in the classroom.

Early Intervention including the Developmental Group for two year olds helps children who have a delay in one ore more areas through focused activities directed by a trained specialist. Research shows children who receive Early Intervention services are 40% less likely to need special education services.

You can help us by making a donation during Mohawk Valley Gives Day on September 18th, and by sharing our story and this need with friends and family.

You can also help us create a matching fund before MV Gives. Having a donor match from our Board members encourages others to give to the mission knowing that there is support and momentum for the project.
