This Wednesday! Come say a last farewell to Rolling Green! They have tried to salvage the tiles that were decorated and will have them available for pickup at that time.

Urbandale Alumni Association

💚 Join us October 21 from 4:30 to 5:30 PM outside the main entrance of Rolling Green Elementary to pick up a complimentary commemorative photo of Rolling Green & take your final keepsake pictures of the building. 📸 There is no formal program this evening (come and go as you’d like!). 🌟 Rolling Green 1st Grade Tiles will be available for pick up as well.

We anticipate demolition of the building taking place before the end of 2026. Any bricks that can be preserved will be available at the high school this spring. We’ll keep you posted on brick availability! More info: urbandaleschools.com/rg
