A nature based public Waldorf-inspired elementary school in Tulsa serving PreK-3rd grade in year 1 & adding a grade each year to 5th.

“Under the Canopy” is an outdoor nature program and consulting company. In our nature classes, children and adults get to play and learn about the wild spaces and landscapes that surrounds them daily. We instruct on the subtle and complex language of birds. Learners will be led through sensory experiences, familiarizing themselves with the local flora and fauna found in their community. We will use the tools the earth provides to create works of art and explore primitive skills, examining how to live in connection with the earth. In our consulting company we work with you to enrich your organizations and schools with meaningful teacher and staff workshops and engaging programming plans.
