🎓 To the Graduates of 2026 Congratulations!
For many students, graduation also means the end of choir, show choir, musical theater, or vocal ensembles that have been part of life for years. That transition can leave a real gap. Music doesn’t have to end just because school does.
Barbershop harmony offers a place to keep singing, growing, performing, and building lifelong friendships.
Organizations like Sweet Adelines International and Barbershop Harmony Society welcome singers of many experience levels, from seasoned performers to people who simply miss singing with others.
Singing continues to offer benefits long after graduation:
• Builds confidence and performance skills
• Reduces stress and improves mental wellness
• Creates strong community and connection
• Develops musicianship and vocal technique
• Provides opportunities for travel, competition, leadership, and lifelong learning
Most importantly, it gives you a place to belong.
Barbershop music is energetic, challenging, emotional, and deeply rewarding. There is nothing quite like locking chords with a chorus or quartet and creating something bigger than yourself.
If you’re graduating this year and wondering what comes next musically, this could be your next chapter.
Keep singing. Keep learning. Keep harmonizing. 🎶
