CASA volunteers serve children who have been removed from their homes as a result of abuse or neglect and need the court’s protection. They range in age from newborn to 17 years old and remain in the state’s care until the court determines a permanent placement that is in the child’s best interest.
A consistent, caring adult can have an amazing impact on the life of a child!
Our program specifically serves children in foster care within Tift, Turner, Irwin, and Worth County.

Our volunteers truly are the life of our program! Patricia Johnson is one of volunteers that took time out of her busy day to come speak to our newest class of volunteers in training. Patricia is a stellar volunteer that advocates for her CASA children with so much passion we requested for her to come and encourage our new class. Thanks Patricia!

Our volunteers and staff deal with some heavy, emotional situations. To help with some of that, we offer quarterly CASA 'Jams' where we all get together and do something fun! Last week, Jill Taylor put together a fun bingo night complete with a yummy ice cream bar for our volunteers! 🥳
