Welcome K9-Remi! 🐾 Remi is a 6 year old mixed breed rescue training in area scent live find. His handler Madeleine relocated to Maryland and was previously training her two dogs (second dog’s intro to follow) with Amigo SAR K9s in NY for 3 years before joining our team! Welcome Remi and Madeleine!

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Retired K9 Brix, who crossed his final bridge last Wednesday after a brave battle with hemangiosarcoma at 8 years old.

Brix was a live find air-scent search dog who successfully made a rescue in his long career, serving with dedication, skill, and heart. He lived his life with purpose and joy, and even in retirement continued to live his best life right up to the very end. He passed peacefully and with dignity, surrounded by loved ones.

Thank you, Brix, for your faithful service and the lives you touched.

End of Watch 1/25/26 — you are forever loved and never forgotten. 🐾🧡
