Hi all!
Just sharing with you in case anyone wants to hang out with us! CFA will be at the horse sale at Eyler’s auction place in Thurmont this Saturday.

The event takes place this Saturday July 26th 1-9 but the Catoctin Forest Alliance (CFA) will be there 12:30-6:00 selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a bushel of steamed crabs. Proceeds help get kids into the local parks to learn good stewardship and job skills! The address is 137 Emmitsburg Road Thurmont Md. II will be there Saturday at noonish to set up the tent (mostly for sun protection and if there is any rain). Please bring a chair and join us if you are interested in doing something different on Saturday.

The tent will be located right beside the food shack next to the tack and horse show barn (not next to the food truck which will be farther out in the field). We are located close to the parking lot.

Remember if you have not yet renewed your CFA membership, check out the new website and do so.

There are lots of great social and service volunteer opportunities coming up. CFA is a great way to meet and spend time with like minded environmentally conscientious good people! Would love to have anyone join us!

Shelley 😊
