Dear Leaf Members,
We want to share Camp’s important update about Summer 2020:

We hope this email finds you doing well!

We wanted to confirm that if you would have been staff for summer 2020, the service will count toward milestones such as Camp Airy Order of the Leaf, Camp Louise Circle, and other service year awards.

If you are new to camp, you may be asking - what are Leaf and Circle? Leaf and Circle are our alumni organizations that many staff aspire to be a part of during their camp career. The organizations promote friendship, loyalty to camp, and much more. They are a great support for Camps Airy & Louise. For more information, see here for Order of the Leaf and here for Camp Louise Circle.

Congratulations to those of you who will be inducted into Leaf and Circle this year. More information about pinning will be sent to those individuals in the next few weeks.. We will communicate the information about ceremonies to all who would have been staff so that all who are interested can "attend."

And - just a special thanks to all who are volunteering this summer for our "Off the Mountain" online activities. If you'd like to be involved and are not yet, please reach out! The newsletter for each week (through August 1) will be posted directly on our homepage, https://airylouise.org.

Electronic elections for Leaf Officers have officially opened. The ballot is available on the Camp Airy Order of the Leaf Facebook group page. Candidates are running unopposed but we still encourage everyone to vote, electronically or at Leaf Weekend. Thank you.

GO TO THE CAMP AIRY ORDER OF THE LEAF FACEBOOK GROUP page to see the ballot and place your votes.

Leaf Election 2018 electronic voting opens today at 11am Eastern Time, and closes next Thursday, September 20, at 11am Eastern Time. You may also vote in person at Camp during Leaf Weekend. One vote per member, either electronic or in person.

Click on the ballot and vote. Send it as an attachment to the Election Committee at [email protected] or copy the ballot and paste it into your email. No votes will be accepted before 11am.
