Join us for Hearts for Hospice at beautiful, Historic Dubsdread in Orlando on Wednesday, November 4, as we celebrate compassion, honor excellence, and recognize those who make extraordinary care possible.

This year, we’re honoring Dick Batchelor for decades of advocacy in support of compassionate hospice care. As Chairman of the House Health and Rehabilitative Services Committee, Dick helped bring hospice care to Florida and championed the continued investment that enabled it to grow. After leaving politics, he carried that commitment forward through philanthropic efforts supporting dignified health care for all.

The Cornerstone Hospice Foundation’s Hearts for Hospice reception brings together community leaders and devoted supporters to celebrate the impact, service, and generosity behind our mission: compassionate end-of-life care for all, regardless of ability to pay.

It's Make-a-Will month! What!? There is a month for a Will? There is a month for everything. But the good news is that it doesn't actually take an entire month to make a Will.

One of the most heartbreaking and frustrating things we hear from caregivers after their loved ones pass is that they wish they had better understood what their loved one wanted to do with what they left behind.

Don't have a Will? Have you updated your Will recently? This is a great time to perform these important, caring deeds for our loved ones. Let us know if we can help connect you with a trusted advisor.

Cornerstone Hospice has a new resale shop opening in September, here in The Villages! The first Collection Day will be on Thursday July 9th at The Villages Hospice on Mariposa Way. The event will run from 7:30am-1:30pm. Please bring clothing, home goods & décor, jewelry & accessories, art and unique treasures! All items must be in excellent condition and free of odors & stains. If you have furniture you would like to donate, names will be collected on site for scheduling a pick-up. If you have any questions, please contact Kristen Foss at 352-742-6861 or [email protected].
