Our Tacoma Dome food distributions are canceled for October 14 and October 21.

You’re welcome to visit Eloise’s Cooking Pot Food Bank at 3543 E. McKinley Ave. in Tacoma, Tuesday through Saturday. Everyone is welcome, and nothing is required.

A reminder to ask about screening that’s right for you. For women ages 40–74 at average risk, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends a mammogram every two years.

Screening guidance can differ for people at higher risk. Talk with a healthcare provider about your personal situation. 💗
