𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬: "As a Senior Coach, I provide individualized financial and employment coaching to help clients build greater financial stability and work toward their personal goals. I work one-on-one with clients to build financial knowledge, better understand their credit, create and manage budgets, address debt, develop savings strategies, and create realistic plans for larger financial goals such as purchasing a vehicle or home. My approach is centered on meeting each client where they are and helping them identify practical, manageable steps toward their goals.

I also support clients as they navigate employment and income-related goals. This includes helping clients develop strong resumes, prepare for interviews, identify potential employment opportunities, and navigate the transition into a new job. I recognize that financial stability is connected to many areas of a person's life, so I also help clients identify and connect with community resources that can support their continued progress and stability.

In addition to individual coaching, I have opportunities to provide financial education presentations in the community, including at UW Tacoma first generation students. Whether working with a client one-on-one or sharing information with a larger group, I enjoy helping people gain the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools they need to make informed decisions and take meaningful steps toward a more financially stable future."
