This Wednesday, Aug 19, join 2nd Cycle at First Creek Park for a very special ribbon cutting ceremony. We'll be celebrating the newest park on the Pipe Line Trail. The event starts at 5pm, with speakers and a ribbon cutting.

Then, around 5:45pm, will lead a family friendly, Kidical Mass, bike ride through the new portion of the park. Here's some before and after photos from previous Kidical Mass bike rides at Swan Creek.

would like to thank Connie's Donuts and Espresso for being our first stop in Tour De Donut 2026. It was a pleasant 5 mile ride from 2nd Cycle to Connie's and the incredible selection of donuts made it all worth it. If you're on Pacific Ave. stop by Connie's for a real treat.

2nd Cycle would like to thank Pao's Donuts & Coffee Shop for their contributions to Tour De Donut 2026.. Pao's Donuts on 6th Ave was an incredible host to our giant pelaton of cyclists. When you're there, get the donut holes - they are almost the size of an actual donut. Thank You Pao's!

Do you know any kids that are interested in cycling? 2nd Cycle is partnering with City of Tacoma and Safe Routes for School for a youth oriented event on Thursday, August 6th, 10am - 1:30pm

This coming Thursday afternoon, 2nd Cycle will be at NE Tacoma Playground (5520 29th St. NE). Stop by for free minor bike tune ups and free activity books with reflective stickers. There will be balance bikes and scooters for the kids to try. We'll even provide loaner helmets.

Free lunch for youths will be served 12:30-1:30. We hope to see lots of kids excited for cycling!!

🚨 Heads Up! Today's Shop Hours Are a Little Different 🚨
Our Main Bike Shop will be operating a little differently today while we make some adjustments.
🔧 Please note:
❌ No on-the-spot repairs today.
🚪 The shop will only be accessible through our garage entrance.
The good news? Our other activities are still happening!
🛍️ Garage Sale: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Find great deals on bikes, parts, accessories, and more!
🛠️ Open Shop: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Bring your bike, use our tools, and work alongside our knowledgeable staff and volunteers.
Stop by, browse the garage sale, and score some sweet deals while you're here! We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you today.
