Oh my gourd... look at these boo-tiful creations! 🎃👻 Our friends had a ghoulish good time decorating pumpkins for our annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest! From spooky to silly, these gourd-geous masterpieces are sure to make you smile.

With love and remembrance, St. Camillus invites our community to our Annual Memorial Wreath Event.💙 Together, we will honor the residents who touched our lives and whose memories continue to live on in our hearts. As a community, we will gather to remember those who passed away between November 1, 2025 and October 31, 2026. From November 2-6, family members, friends, residents, staff, and loved ones are invited to create a memorial wreath in tribute to someone special. Wreath forms and silk flowers will be available in the main lobby. Those wishing to honor a veteran may also place a poppy in our Veterans Wreath, paying tribute to the men and women who faithfully served our country.
These beautiful wreaths will remain on display throughout November as a lasting reminder of lives well lived, deeply loved and forever remembered.
This meaningful tradition, lovingly coordinated by the Palliative Care Committee, reflects our commitment to honoring each life, celebrating treasured memories and supporting one another through remembrance.
All are welcome to participate in this special act of love, reflection, and gratitude. ❤️🕊️

Did you know that Active Aging is a THING!?!? At St. Camillus, We do it every day. However, it is also an initiative launched by the World Health Organization (WHO) that encourages individuals to maintain a high quality of life as they age. It emphasizes the importance of health, participation, and staying ACTIVE! SO, we thought we would have a little fun with our friends Now this is not your old school "Sweating to the Oldies..."

Also, know that our Short-term Rehabilitation Program provides comprehensive, inpatient rehab that prepares individuals to return home following surgery, illness or injury. The program is intense and accelerated, but modified to help patients build strength and independence to achieve their maximum level of function before returning home. Our friends teed up for a hole-in-one kind of day with unit mini golf! ⛳ From sharing laughs to cheering each other on, every putt was a reminder that good friends make every game more fun. Often, our residents enjoy smaller events held on each unit so that it is not so overwhelming. Our wonderful recreation team makes sure to schedule these fun activities so that all participants are comfortable and surrounded by their friends. It so nice to know that Friendship is always par for the course at St. Camillus! 💚🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

Teresa brings more than 10 years of experience in health care, skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation, along with a passion for helping patients and families navigate their care journey. We are excited to have her on the St. Camillus team. We are also pleased to share that Leigh Hilgenberg, our former Director of Admissions, has accepted a new role within St. Camillus and will continue to support our admissions initiatives.
