Legacy Church Legacy Church is a gospel-centered church in Sutton, MA, dedicated to loving God, loving others, and making disciples.

Through faithful preaching, authentic community, and Christ-centered ministry, we seek to help people know Jesus, grow in their faith, a Legacy Church of Sutton is the fourth oldest Baptist church in Massachusetts. Legacy Church has been around for 300-years. We’ve had some good times and some really
difficult times and this is a really difficult time. Maybe you can identify that with your life,

but
we are committed to making this place better. This is going to be one of the hardest things you
can be a part of, but it’s going to be something
that’s worth your spare time and energy, and we
need everybody we can get, and if you’re up for a
real challenge putting your gifts and talents to

This September Pastor Don begins a new series: “The A.W.E. of God.”

What happens when we truly stop and consider the greatness of God?

Over three weeks, we’ll explore what it means to stand in AWE of Him:

🟡 A — AMAZING
God’s greatness, power, wisdom, and goodness are beyond anything we can fully imagine. From creation to salvation, we serve an amazing God!

🔵 W — WORSHIP
When we recognize who God truly is, our natural response should be worship. Worship is more than singing—it is a life surrendered to the One who is worthy of it all.

🟣 E — ETERNAL
God has no beginning and no end. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. His kingdom, His nature, and His love endure for all eternity.

Join us beginning Sunday, September 13th, as we discover the greatness of our God and how we should respond to Him.

This Sunday at Legacy Church, we’re continuing our journey through Proverbs with a powerful reminder that biblical wisdom isn’t just something we know—it’s something we live.

WHEN WISDOM BECOMES ACTION

📖 Proverbs 3:27–35

God calls us to move beyond simply hearing His Word and put our faith into action. We’ll look at what it means to help others, love our neighbors, choose grace over revenge, and walk humbly with God.

As James 1:22 reminds us:

“Be doers of the word, and not hearers only.”

And as we prepare our hearts to enter into the presence of God through worship, we’ll be singing:

🎶 Come Thou Fount
🎶 Goodness of God
🎶 Trust and Obey
🎶 Lord, I Need You
🎶 I Surrender All

These songs remind us that our response to God isn’t merely found in what we say or know—it’s found in trust, surrender, obedience, and action.
