It's here!!!

The Nerds are pleased to share that the 250th Anniversary of the Battle of Lexington edition of "We Stood Our Ground - Lexington in the First Year of the American Revolution" is now available!

This is the final edition of the 'We Stood Our Ground' series, as we have begun another research project on the Massachusetts militia system, which we hope to publish in 2027.

This edition takes a deep, deep dive into all things Lexington, including Lexington society in 1775, the town's preparation for war with England, a breakdown of the Battle of Lexington itself, and the aftermath of the battle.

Notably, this edition features a revised list of all known militia men who served in Captain John Parker's Lexington Company, compiled based on previous research and available post-Battle of Lexington muster rolls.

We Stood Our Ground - Lexington in the First Year of the American Revolution (250th Anniversary Edition) is available on Amazon.
