YMCA Family & Community Partnership/YFCP A CFCE grant program serving all families with children, ages 0-6, living in 20 towns in Central MA.

YFCP provides FREE activities, support, education, resources and referrals to families with children, ages infant to age 8, living in the 20 towns of Auburn, Berlin, Blackstone, Boylston, Charlton, Douglas, Dudley, Grafton, Hudson, Marlborough, Millbury, Millville, Northborough, Oxford, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Southbridge, Sutton, Webster and Westborough. Programs include parent/child Play & Lea

rn and Music & Movement Groups, "Young Scientists" STEM classes, Parent Workshops and more! Our programs help families with: early literacy and school readiness; childhood transitions to preschool and kindergarten; Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ); child development screening tool (including social-emotional development); and connections to local resources and services in their communities.
