A little bit of imagination goes a long way at Molly’s House!

These two little ladies spent two weeks at Molly’s House, finding plenty of ways to make the time between appointments feel a little more like home.

Last week, their mom scored some costumes on super clearance and the girls had the perfect excuse to put them to good use!

Even though they are here for medical reasons, there’s still room for dress-up, giggles, imagination, and just being a kid.

We love walking up the stairs to find moments like these!

"Dear Mimi and Staff and Molly's Family,
I can not find enough words to express my gratitude for allowing me to stay at Molly's House. I was so relieved to have a place to stay that felt safe. It was perfect.
Besides having a place to go back and forth from the hospital, I met some truly amazing families. They are so inspiring and the kids were great.
Of course the fountain and garden were well enjoyed. I have the words typed into my phone.
We got home safely and so far Mary is doing well.
Love you all so so much."

Molly's House may be a beloved hometown charity in Stuart, FL, but the impact of love and support reaches far beyond our charming little town.

Celebrating 30 years of Molly's dream this year...

There is something so special about being welcomed into someone’s home and choosing to fill it with kindness.

This weekend, we were so grateful to welcome The Gathering Community Church – Stuart, FL to Molly’s House for their very first Chef for a Day experience!

They prepared a delicious homemade meal for our guests, giving families staying at Molly’s House one less thing to worry about. But their evening became even more meaningful when a family staying with us invited them to pray together. They graciously joined the family in that moment, offering encouragement, comfort, and support in a way that was meaningful to that family.

At Molly’s House, families come from many different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. We are grateful to be a place where everyone is welcomed and where our guests can find the kind of comfort and community they need during their time here.

And we are especially excited that this won’t be their last visit! They already reserved Christmas morning to return to Molly’s House and prepare breakfast for our families. What a beautiful gift! To help make Christmas morning feel a little more like home for families who are spending the holidays away from theirs.

Thank you, The Gathering Community Church, for sharing your time, your meal, and your hearts with our families. We can’t wait to welcome you back!

Hitting milestones at Molly’s House!

Even while families are here for medical treatment, life keeps happening—and sometimes, that means losing a first tooth!

Hudson lost a tooth this week at Molly’s House and was lucky enough to receive a very special visit from the Tooth Fairy.

Now his other front tooth is loose, too! We have a feeling another visit may be coming soon…

Parents, what are some fun or creative ways you’ve used to pull a wiggly tooth? We’d love to hear your best ideas (and funniest stories!) as Hudson gets ready for Tooth #2.

Molly's House was built by many many volunteer hands, and it continues to provide comfort thanks to more dedicated volunteer hands. Last week we had Stuart Sunrise Rotary Club bring dinner one night, and a few nights later we had Doug and Karrie Kisling bring another hot meal!

This was not their first (or last) Chef for a Day moment and we are so grateful to have them bringing comfort and care to our guests over and over.

How has Molly's House gotten to a 30 year anniversary? Constant and consistent community support.

Gordon & Partners, Law Firm For The Injured and R. V. Johnson Insurance have been dedicated monthly supporters of our Chef for a Day program for years and we are extremely grateful!

Thanks for helping us in the first 30 years, and cheers to the next 30!

What a wonderful sight to watch our families hanging out together. We had one family barbecuing outside while others were playing Wii inside. The kids started a Wii match but soon all the adults had to join in. With all the hardships these families face, it is so rewarding to see them relax and have fun. It is so humbling to see these miracles every day!

Coco the therapy dog was a huge hit! It was heartwarming to see so many of our families playing and petting her. Watching the the littles and the bigs interact and share smiles was awesome. A big thank you to Deb and Coco for visiting and brightening everyone’s day—including our staff!❤️
