Last week some of our team went over to New Orleans for the DEMA Show . 🛩

We met so many great organizations we can't wait to work with like Conservation Co ! 🌏💙

We also went over to thank Watersports in person for their donation of mask, fin and snorkel sets to Molobin Raja Ampat 🤿

In the U. S. today is the 4th of July, a summer holiday where people often flock to beaches. Internationally it is Clean Beaches Week. So let’s use these events as a strong push to do a little something extra on your next beach adventure. 🏝️

Any beach walk can be turned into a beach cleanup. So be sure to take a picture of your haul share it and tag us, we will be sure to reshare! 🤳

We are as excited as this guy is for National Orca Month!

There is no better way to celebrate than with some Fintastic Orca fun facts!

- Orcas otherwise known as Killer Whales are not actually whales at all, in fact they are dolphins! 🐬
- Individual orcas are identifiable by their dorsal fins, their saddle patches behind them, and any visible scars.
- Orcas live in every ocean in the world. 🌏🌍🌎
- Orcas live in pods (families). They are the only known non-human animal to have evolved based on culture - they have distinctive calls and whistles, different forms of hunting based on location/unique pods.
- Each have their own unique dialect and learned behaviours thats passed from one pod generation to the other – a unique feature that is currently known to exist with one other species; humans. 🧍‍♂️🧍🧍‍♀️

We had the opportunity to partner with local community members and Florida Atlantic University Harbor Branch to bring the amazing story telling and hard work of the featured film makers and scientists to the eyes of the public.
