The Celebrities Fore Kids page is an established link to our social media community. By means of this page, our "Friends" will be inspired by heartwarming vignettes featuring our children, families, partners, donors and corporate sponsors. Additionally, we will present information corresponding to our fundraising events and initiatives. We, sincerely, hope that every one of our "Friends"

will accept our invitation to join and support us knowing that you are "making a difference in the lives of South Florida's children and families." ABOUT CELEBRITIES FORE KIDS, INC. Celebrities Fore Kids is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides financial support to South Florida families who have children battling cancer and other life-threatening or life-altering illnesses, as well as to adults fighting cancer while caring for children 18 years of age and younger. Celebrities Fore Kids provides funding and services in collaboration with case workers from the Robert & Carol Weissman Cancer Center at Martin Health System in Stuart, the Pediatric Oncology Support Team, Inc. (POST) in West Palm Beach and the Little Treasures Program at Treasure Coast Hospice to identify and provide support to families affected by cancer and other life-threatening or life-altering illnesses.

Mike Schmidt was a CFK Featured Celebrity at the 2016 Golf Classic. Read Mr. Schmidt's major accomplishments below.

Mike Schmidt slugged 548 career home runs for the Philadelphia Phillies and was voted the National League MVP three times (1980-1981, 1986). He played in 12 All-Star games, earned 10 Gold Glove awards for his defensive prowess, and was the MVP of the 1980 World Series. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1995. Schmidt donates the proceeds from his charity wine, Mike Schmidt 548 Zinfandel – reference to his 548 career home runs – to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and continues to sponsor the Mike Schmidt Bahamas Winner’s Circle Invitational.

Over the weekend, CFK Volunteers teamed up with the United Way of Martin County to pack Hurricane Supply Bags. Today CFK delivered 200 bags to POST Pediatric Oncology Support Team, Inc. and the kids that received these bags were overjoyed. Be sure to watch WPBF 25 News at either 5pm, 6pm or 11pm to see the delivery. For now, here is a sneak peek.....

Bobby Floyd was a featured celebrity at the annual Golf Classic in 2016. Here is a little information on Mr.Floyd's accomplishments.

Playing seven years in the Major Leagues as an infielder, Bobby was a member of the Baltimore Orioles from 1968-1970 and from 1970-1974 with the Kansas City Royals. After retiring as an active player, Bobby worked for the Seattle Mariners for nine years and was then hired as the Field Coordinator for the New York Mets and was in charge of baseball instruction for 13 years with the New York Mets. He was a Major League coach in 2001 and 2004 with the Mets and is now an advisor and instructor in the minor league system.
