Congratulations to Jill Valentino on earning the rank of Eagle Scout at her Board of Review tonight.

Jill’s Eagle Scout project was the refresh the trail to the Boon monument and create a trail sign which can be accessed from Barton Road in Stow.

Jill will represent Troop 1 Stow as the 101th Eagle Scout! 💯

Note: it was understated how many scouts Gary has coached to the rank of Eagle. More like 84! 🦅

Troop 1 Stow THANKS ALL who came out to support the recycle ♻️ and paper shed fundraiser. 3 large containers were filled from computers, tvs, lawn mowers, exercise equipment, batteries, cables and SO much more. And the shredding truck was kept really busy.

East Coast Electronics and A1 Data Shred were great working partners with us.

Serving the community of Stow since 1912!

The recycling event started to help support the scouts and their activities going back to 1998/1999 time frame…to help support their two week expedition in New Mexico… Every 4 years the Troop does a High Adventure trip and this year they will be hiking and camping under the stars for two weeks in Montana. An Experience of a lifetime to learn leadership and outdoor skills.

These events don’t just benefit the community, but is benefiting the scouts with their weekly and monthly scout activities and supply and equipment needs.

December 31st --- last day for *Stow Residences* to put in their tree pick up order.

Let Troop 1 Stow help...for a $15 donation we will pick up your tree and recycle it in a proper fashion. https://troop1stow.net/
