📢 ANNUAL MEETING DATE UPDATE

Our Annual Meeting has been postponed to Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM at Center School Library.

In accordance with our existing by-laws, the amended 2026 by-laws have been posted at Center School, Hale, and the Randall Library for the required minimum of 10 days (up to 30 days) prior to being voted in. The meeting date has been adjusted to ensure full compliance with this posting requirement.

A complete copy of the 2026 Amended By-Laws is posted and available for review prior to the meeting. Members are encouraged to review the document in advance. Please note: the opportunity to propose changes took place at the May 28th meeting. The June 16th meeting is a vote on the by-laws as presented — no further amendments will be accepted at that time.

This is our last meeting of the school year — and we'll be holding our Annual Election! All board positions will be voted on at that time.

Please note: all positions are open regardless of whether they're currently filled. Some board members are looking to step down but have stayed on to prevent vacancies and ensure a smooth transition. As a volunteer organization, we truly need as many engaged, supportive parents as possible to keep enrichment activities and experiences going for our kids!

Hi everyone!

Our Summer Picnic is coming up, and we’re hoping to once again stock our concessions stand with the amazing generosity of our school community! Last time we did a large concessions restock, you all absolutely blew us away, and because of that support, we were able to keep costs down and put even more PTO funds directly toward STEAM programming, enrichment opportunities, and field trips for our students.

This is a rolling concessions effort, meaning any leftover items will continue on to future PTO events like the Back to School BBQ and Halloween festivities, so nothing goes to waste!

Kids always love one last chance to grab their favorite goodies and hang out with friends at the picnic, and every donation truly helps make that possible.

We'll be reviewing the updated SPTO by-laws, which will be voted on at our Annual Meeting on June 9th.

This is our last meeting of the school year and we'll be holding our Annual Election! In accordance with our by-laws, all board positions will be voted on at that time.
