The 2026 Session is over, and it brought real wins, tough losses, and a handful of emerging issues that will shape how Missourians live, work, and experience the natural world. 🏛️
Not much legislation moved this session, so we played a lot of defense and faced a lot of bills with nuance as amendments and substitutes complicated our stances.
We blocked anti-solar bills. We stopped Bayer's pesticide immunity push for the third year running. We fought for abandoned landfill cleanup, clean water, protections from AI data centers moving into our communities, PFAS bans, radioactive waste safeguards and more.
