Are you a chef, caterer, or small food retailer wanting to prioritize working with local farmers? Our newest resource, “Local Roots, Wholesale Growth: A St Louis Producers Guide to Success” is a great tool to educate small-scale farmers so you can focus more on building relationships. This guide, developed in collaboration with City Greens Market, provides helpful tips for farmers who are new to wholesaling–including how to package and label products, safe handling, and more. And our St Louis Local Price Index helps take the guesswork out of pricing by using real pricing data from farmers in the St Louis region.
