A huge thank you to Dan Zettwoch for once again bringing PrideFest to life through this incredible illustrated map. For the past few years, Dan has helpsed capture the energy, excitement, and spirit of PrideFest in a way that makes planning your weekend just a little more fun.

Use the map to find the Main Stage, Smirnoff VIP Experience, Food Court, Vendor Fair, Children’s & Family Area, Community Partners, Grand Pride Parade, and more throughout the festival grounds.

It's getting close to that time of year, when opportunities to serve on the Board of Officers are opening up.

Nominations will open up July 15 and close July 29.

Voting will begin online August 1st and close August 13.

As board positions are staggered, this year three positions are up for election. They are:

- Assistant Commissioner
- Secretary
- Fundraising Director

Any member may nominate any member for any position. Nominations should be sent in writing to [email protected].

An overview of each positions follows:

Duties of the Assistant Commissioner:
- Act as Co-Commissioner when the Commissioner is incapacitated or unavailable;
- Chair any meetings in the absence of the Commissioner;
- Distribute roster forms prior to registration meetings;
- Coordinate and schedule clinics and training seminars and courses to promote proper skills of athletics;
- Create and distribute game schedules for the Spring / Summer and Fall sessions;
- Ensure compliance with iPride deadlines and due dates; and,
- Oversee the iPride player rating process.

Duties of the Secretary:
- Keep minutes of meetings of the Executive and legislative Board;
- Coordinate with Treasurer to retain tax documents as required by law;
Maintain Instruments of Governance
- Prepare a general information summary to provide teams, managers, coaches, etc. with addresses and telephone numbers of use by GLASS;
- Serve as historian of records for GLASS;
- Keep and maintain correspondence to and from GLASS;
- Record and maintain records of team wins and standings throughout the season; and
- Prepare minutes from each Board meeting and ensure minutes are distributed to Board members and uploaded to GLASS website.

Duties of the Fundraising Director:
- Establish a committee to assist in fundraising;
- Work with the Treasurer to identify fundraising needs to financially support and sustain the league and its mission;
- Coordinate and schedule a minimum of six social and/or fundraising events per calendar year;
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Director and Marketing & Communications Director to schedule develop and staff fundraising events;
- Conduct fundraisers as needed to meet the budget requirements and support the summer softball tournament;
- Coordinate fundraisers with local organizations, businesses, and charities to support the league and LGBT community while also promoting GLASS within the community;
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Communications Director to prepare and distribute flyers and other communications concerning fundraising activities;
- Assist teams in obtaining sponsors; and
- Perform outreach to new sources of league sponsorships.

Didja know that this weekend the STL Hustle Softball will be doing the Guest Bartending duties at this Sunday?! Well now ya do! So show up sometime between 2 and 4:30 and get your fill of great drink specials, Jell-O shots and Infused Gummy Bears!
