Jim Sapp, CEO of RISE, cut the ceremonial ribbon alongside his management team, City of St. Peters Mayor Len Pagano, representatives from the St. Peters Board of Aldermen, and staff and ambassadors with the St. Charles Regional Chamber.

A great turnout today at Pio’s for our Public Policy meeting.
We had a informative discussion surrounding the upcoming ballot measures for the Francis Howell School District. Attendees heard presentations from all sides of the issue:
• Mark Delaney, Superintendent of Francis Howell School District, introduced Prop O and Prop H.
• Carl Suhre, School Finance Watchdog, shared his perspective opposing Prop O and Prop H.
• Patrick Lane with Citizens for Francis Howell spoke in favor of Prop O and Prop H.
The Francis Howell School District will host three information sessions leading up to the November 2026 general election.

Two great events were held today to help our members grow professionally and personally.

In our Partners Room, we hosted our Board & Beyond seminar. Attendees gained valuable insights into the non-profit world, including the distinctions between different 501(c) classifications, the core accountabilities of board members, an overview of Form 990, tax exemption processes, and how non-profit boards are structured.

Meanwhile, at the Learning Lab at Emmaus Homes, we kicked off the very first session of Forge Leadership. This 8-month cohort is designed to focus on individual personal growth and help participants step confidently into leadership roles.

We are dedicated to helping our members become active leaders in our community and are thrilled to offer unique educational opportunities that drive real impact.
