What an incredible day!

Our Tribute to Success - St. Louis at the Ritz-Carlton a few weeks ago was full of joy, music, laughter, and inspiration.

We got to hear inspiring sharing from keynote speaker Tamara Keefe, including the origins of the naming of Clementine’s Ice Cream (IYKYK), enjoy music and stories, and best of all, we announced the recipients of our two awards. Congratulations to Irasa Downing, the Lambert Legacy Award recipient, and to Amy Lawrence, recipient of the Dennis & Judy Jones Lifetime Achievement Award!

Thank you to all of our supporters for making this special day possible. We could not do any of this without you!

We love to celebrate the success of our participants!

James Williams completed our Pathways to Success program and was hired through one of our employer partners several years ago. We found out from his employer, Dan Fitter of Quest Specialty Products, that James was being honored at this year’s AAIM Employers’ Association Leadership Conference, which members of our team had the privilege of attending!

Watching participants grow personally and professionally – and seeing them continue to thrive years later – is what makes this work so meaningful.

We are incredibly proud of James and grateful to employer partners like Quest Specialty Products who continue believing in the power of second chances and long-term success!

Moments like this are a powerful reminder that reentry support matters – and it starts well before reentry.

The Crossroads Correctional Center in Cameron, Missouri is helping prepare individuals by providing opportunities for personal growth, workforce readiness, and long-term support before release. Through partnerships with organizations like Connections to Success, participants gain practical skills, confidence, and a support system designed to help them successfully transition back into their communities.

We are proud to celebrate the seven recent graduates of our personal and professional development training. Their dedication, growth, and commitment to building a better future is what this work is all about, and our support will continue through life transformation coaching and other resources as they return home to St. Louis, Columbia, and Kansas City.

May is National Small Business Month, a time to celebrate the entrepreneurs, innovators, and small business owners who help strengthen our communities every day.

We know that for women, entrepreneurship can be a powerful pathway to economic mobility and independence. At our Dress for Success Midwest and Dress for Success Kansas City centers, we provide not only workplace attire, but also confidence building, professional development, mentorship, and support, helping women take meaningful steps toward building a bright future.
