Why become a Pioneer? Christina can give you a few reasons. 🤎

For Christina, becoming a Pioneer meant becoming the person she once needed: someone our youth can look up to, connect with and count on as they navigate their own futures.

At Follow My Steps, we believe mentorship matters. A few hours of your time, your guidance and simply showing up can make all the difference in the next steps of a young person’s life.

And right now, we need Pioneers ready to step up for our youth.

Just 1–2 hours a week can make all the difference in the next steps of a young person’s life. Pioneers show up with their time, guidance and support, including attending at least one FMS program in person each month, and receive a $100 monthly stipend for their commitment.

You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be willing to show up.

Be the mentor you needed. Become a Pioneer in 2026.

Apply today at http://www.followmysteps.org/applytobeapioneer or send us a message to learn more.

At Follow My Steps, we believe Mentorship Matters.

Having someone in your corner to listen, encourage, guide, and simply show up can have a lasting impact on a young person’s confidence, choices, and path forward.

And making that impact doesn’t require changing your entire schedule. A small commitment of your time and guidance can make all the difference in the life of a young person in our community.

As an FMS Pioneer, you’ll be paired with an Explorer (mentee) and provide consistent support through weekly check-ins, encouragement, and meaningful connection, virtually or in person.

Become a Pioneer in 2026.
Apply today at http://www.followmysteps.org or send us a message to learn more about becoming a mentor.

Your time. Your guidance. Their next step.

🏁The 5th Annual Mentoring Matters 5K was such a huge success, and a major part of that was our community showing up to support an amazing cause by running, donating, volunteering, cheering, vending and sponsoring. No contribution was too small, and we are so grateful for everyone who had a hand in making the day what it was.

A big thank you and shoutout goes to Vivid Dreams Photo Booth for donating the amazing photo booth experience that kept everyone posing throughout the day. Check out some of the great photos captured! See a friendly face or paw you recognize? 🐾Tag them below!
And don’t forget to follow Jazmin and book Vivid Dreams Photo Booth for your future photo booth needs. 📸

✨Stay tuned… the wait for photos & reels is over! Make sure you’re following us and turn on your notifications to be the first to see just how special the day was.

As we count down to the 5th Annual Follow My Steps Mentoring Matters 5K, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible businesses and organizations helping make this event possible.

A special thank you to our Title Sponsor, Best Fitness, for powering this year’s race, and to our Gold Sponsors, Fleet Feet Longmeadow and PeoplesBank, whose partnership continues to help us create an unforgettable experience for our community.
