Hello all over the past few semesters we have really struggled with keeping a study attendance at our meetings. I have been advised to ask if you are in anyway interested in keeping VOX/SEA going to show up to the meeting tomorrow or to respond to this email if you would still like to be apart of this organization. All thought there have always been few of us we have always seemed to get quit a bit accomplished among ourselves. I would really like to keep this group going because we are such a unique group and there really are no other organizations on campus that do what we do. If VOX/SEA is dissolved this means no more free condoms being passed out on campus, no more GYT stuff and info being passed out and no other group standing up for and giving accurate info about pro choice options!!!! In closing please respond or show up tomorrow PSU 314 C at 7 pm today Mon 28th.

Hello all, this is Lily Dunlap your president of voices for plan parenthood vox/ s*xual education alliance. I hope that everyone had a good summer and is ready to get involved. That being said we have so important items we need to take care. First we have officer positions open, Vice President, Treasure, Secretary. As the semester goes on we also have chairperson positions open as well. If you would like to run for a position you must pay your 5$ dues first before you can run. If you would like to run have a little speech ready for our first meeting. I attached to this email what each of the officers positions entails. What is not on this copy of the constitution is that all officers are required to attend all meetings and events!!!!!! The reason why we are getting a latter start this years is I wanted everyone to have an idea of how their schedules are and the level of commitment they can dedicate to this organization so do not run for office in less you are 100% sure you have the time to dedicate to the job!!! Now we need to decide what days and times would work best for everyone to have meetings.
