Compassion 479 A non-profit dedicated to extending help, love and dignity to Northwest Arkansas through a thrift shop that provides resources for our choice pantry serving the food insecure in our community. We take pride in selling great products at low prices that are affordable for all members of our community. Beyond that we also seek to meet the other real needs of our community. Above our op

erating costs we are proud to say that 100% of the money we make goes directly back into the community through our Feed the 479 Choice Food Pantry.

Summer hunger is real.
When school doors close for summer break, thousands of Northwest Arkansas children lose access to the meals they depend on each day.
Feed 479 is partnering with the Schmeiding Foundation to help bridge that gap through our Summer Family Food Fest.
Ensuring children and families have access to nutritious food all summer long.

The events takes place the first week of June, July and August.  
To sign  up go to Feed479.com and make a regular pantry reservation, or come to the pantry during our operating hours.
Pantry is located at 3157 W Sunset Avenue, Springdale.
