We celebrated our Scouts this Monday at the Troop's Court of Honor. Parents and families were able to hear about some of our campouts and service opportunities, and recognized the awards, merit badges and ranks received by our Scouts over the past several months.

Someone forgot to bring all the tents last week!? (Kidding!) Scouts had fun building their own shelters during our annual Wilderness Survival Campout, and enjoyed some great food too!

Troop 107 invites boys 11-17 to join us as we learn about service, leadership and have outdoor adventures in Northwest Arkansas! Weekly meetings are on Monday, 7PM - Email [email protected] for inquiries.

One of our Life Scouts, Andrew Shellhammer, is fundraising for materials for his Eagle Project. Please see more information below:

My name is Andrew Shellhammer, and I am a member of Boy Scouts Troop 107B, located in Springdale. I am raising funds to rebuild the Ozark Natural Science Center's "Boy Scout Bridge," which was built over 20 years ago as an Eagle Scout Project. In fall of 2024, this bridge collapsed during a flood. For my Eagle Project, I will be completely restoring this bridge from scratch. Your donation will help supply the lumber and materials to build this.

Ozark Natural Science Center, located in Huntsville, is a non-profit who's mission is to "is to enhance the understanding, appreciation and stewardship of the Ozark natural environment." They provide educational experiences for all ages in nature and the outdoors. They have a deep dedication "to education, environmental stewardship, and community collaboration," and work to "empower others to preserve the diverse ecosystems and natural heritage of the Ozarks."

Springdale, THANK YOU! Weighing in at 1,058 pounds, your generous donations smashed last year's record and we were happy to contribute these nonperishable goods to our charter, VFW Auxiliary Post 2952 for their veteran's food pantry.
