✨ NEW THIS YEAR: NWA Parade of Lights! ✨

The NWA Home Builders Association is bringing the spirit of the popular NWA Parade of Homes into the holiday season! We’re inviting our community to help showcase the beautiful homes of Northwest Arkansas in a whole new light. 🏡🎄

The NWA Parade of Lights is an online guide to festively decorated and beautifully lit homes throughout NWA—a fun, free way for families to discover holiday displays, explore neighborhoods, and make seasonal memories together.

✨ WHAT: A self-guided holiday lights experience featuring homes across our community.
📅 WHEN: Each evening, December 4–20, 2026.
📍 WHERE: Throughout Northwest Arkansas—any home in the area can participate!

Builders, developers, Realtors, homeowners, and POAs: if you have a home or community that shines during the holidays, we’d love to feature it!

Participation focuses on exterior viewing, so interior tours and staffing are not required. Homeowners, builders, or Realtors who would like to welcome visitors inside may choose specific viewing dates and times for us to publicize.

Ready to help light up NWA? Register your home or community by November 10!

Learn more and register:

Tag someone whose holiday home deserves a spot on the route! ✨

Last night we hosted our very first BUILD(HER) Women in Building Event!

The evening featured local food and w**e, but most importantly, propelled great connections among the women in our industry.

Thank you to all who joined us for a beautiful evening, and if you missed it, don’t worry— this was only the first of many BUILD(HER) events!

This event wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible sponsors!
