🩷 Today is Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day.

Today, we recognize and honor people living with metastatic breast cancer and the families, friends and loved ones who support them.

Metastatic breast cancer, also called Stage IV breast cancer, is breast cancer that has spread to another part of the body. For those living with metastatic disease, treatment is ongoing, and each person’s experience is uniquely their own.

At Hope Cancer Resources, we believe every person deserves to feel supported, heard and cared for throughout their experience with cancer. Our services are available at no cost to help individuals and families with the practical, emotional and everyday challenges that can come with a cancer diagnosis.

Today, we honor those living with metastatic breast cancer, remember those we have lost and recognize the need for continued research, understanding and support.

There is always room for hope. 💙
