Juntos estamos rompiendo las barreras y el estigma sobre la salud mental. Un estrés no atendido a tiempo puede convertirse en una crisis. Hablar, aprender y buscar apoyo puede salvar vidas.

Buscamos el apoyo de la comunidad y patrocinadores para seguir ofreciendo este programa de salud mental de manera gratuita o a bajo costo para quienes más lo necesitan.

and OneCommunity are joining forces to raise awareness, prevent, and respond to mental health crises in our community through accessible education and training.

Together, we are breaking barriers and ending the stigma around mental health. Unmanaged stress can turn into a crisis. Talking about it, learning, and seeking support can save lives.

We are seeking support from the community and sponsors to continue offering this mental health program free or at low cost for those who need it most.
