Founded in 1993, Family Network’s provides home visiting to families birth to 3, accredited by Healthy Families America, which promotes child well-being and prevents the abuse and neglect of children in communities through family-focused and empathic support. Newest program: The Diaper Collective! Partnering with local Northwest Arkansas nonprofits, the Diaper Collective distributes diapers monthly to children in need.

Today our Diaper Collective warehouse was filled with 60+ individuals from six local businesses ready to Wrap-Off!

Our 1st Annual Corporate Wrap Off teams faced off, diaper to diaper to the finish line wrapping thousands of diapers for those in need. The best part? The winner is not the team with the most diapers piled to the ceiling, but instead the families who receive those diapers to cover what matters most.

We talk often about the programs and the families we serve, and today we recognize that work would not be possible without our amazing home visitors.

Last month we welcomed Vanessa to the Healthy Families America team! In her own words, “after graduating with my Bachelor’s in Psychology and having 4 years of childcare experience, I knew that I wanted a career where I could help children thrive. Family Network is the perfect balance of that. Not only do I get to interact with children, but I get to help parents out by making sure they have all the resources they need. and we are so excited to share that she is already making an impact with families.”

Will you help us raise 48,000 diapers in one week to hit our goal of 100,000 diapers?!

From the tiniest packs to the biggest boxes, our warehouse is filling up with each delivery from our Diaper Drive partners. To date we’ve nearly over 52,000 diapers, each of which will directly help cover what matters most for a family here in NWA.

We are in the final days of our Diaper Drive and we need your help to finish strong. Diapers may seem like a small ask, but for many families here in NWA the choice isn’t when but which - food or diapers?

You see the posts — diaper drive updates, family celebrations, and the moments when a family feels ready for what’s next.

While each piece may look different, they all come together to do the same thing: value children, strengthen families, and engage communities.

Sometimes that piece is a physical donation, like diapers. Sometimes it’s a moment of clarity during a home visit. And sometimes it’s finding a village of support at Group Night.

Each piece meets a different need. And when they come together, families have more of the support they need to thrive. But the puzzle is never truly finished. There are always new pieces, new needs, and new challenges.

We’re halfway through our fall campaign to collect 100,000 diapers for families across Northwest Arkansas—and we’re grateful for the support that has brought us this far.

In mid-September, both locally and at the state level, proclamations where made officially recognizing National Diaper Need Awareness Week, helping bring greater awareness to the very real need families face.

Each year, Family Network supports more than 100 families through home visits, providing parenting education, support, and resources to help families build loving, stable homes. Last year, thanks to our amazing donors, we helped provide gifts for 80 children, and our 2026 wishlists are already filling our inboxes.

One Tuesday. Two leaders. Three values.

Every month, two of our Home Visitors bring our families together for a group night—a chance for staff, interns, and families to share a meal, learn together, and see our values in action.

🎈 Valuing children: Creating special activities just for them.
🤝 Strengthening families: Gathering around a shared meal.
❤ Engaging communities: Learning alongside our community partners.

Last month, we celebrated birthdays with the young and young at heart—full bellies thanks to Memo's Taco Shop - Springdale, AR, big smiles, and even fuller hearts.

As we head into the “ber” months, we’re looking forward to more time together, including our Fall Festival and Celebrate a Family, where our community can help bring a little holiday magic to local families.

We’re grateful to the Methodist Foundation for Arkansas for choosing Family Network, and specifically our Diaper Collective program, to support diapers and period supplies for families across Northwest Arkansas.

This funding will directly support our Methodist partners across three counties. They are part of a network of 26 partners who provide diapers and period supplies to families each month.

Grants like this help make sure families have the basic supplies they need to feel stable and supported at home, at work, and in their communities.

This April donors helped us raise over $40,000 toward the purchase of a van for The Diaper Collective - and last month we made that dream a reality thanks to Lewis Automotive.

The van provides a crucial piece to our work, helping us both collect and distribute diapers to communities across our region - allowing us to access the areas who need us most.
