Rayford Road Civic Association We are an advocacy group representing the Rayford Road Corridor and zip code 77386. RRCA area consists of a population of more than 45,000 local residents.

Meetings will be on the 1st Thursday of each month at 1300 Riley Fuzzel Road, Spring, Texas 77386. Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings. Eventually we will hold meeting at the many different community clubhouses in the zip code. Our temporary founding board will govern until an election is held. You can request membership material and a copy of the by-laws by emailing [email protected]

Please encourage all public elected officials to engage in the need for a long-term water authority. If they wait, it will be too late. If they fail to plan, they plan to fail. The elected officials needing to engage are federal and state legislators, county leaders, municipal utility district directors, and others.

MoCo Groundwater Leadership is on a path to obtain state approval to pump groundwater at a rate 3 times the rate of natural aquifer recharge. Pay attention and demand that County and State leadership invest more in alternative water solutions now.
