Klein Derrick Dolls and Darlings Proud part of the AAYFDT. Our teams consist of the Darlings, Juniors, and Seniors ❤️

Since 1974, the Klein Oilers have been providing the community with an introduction to full contact football. Over that period of time, we have developed a proven system for instilling discipline, integrity and honor that transcends the game itself. By challenging young boys physically, mentally and spiritually we have helped shaped them for a better understanding of their abilities and skills. The Klein Oilers Derrick Dolls is dedicated to teaching the meaning of “team”. As explained in our Mission Statement, we stress to the girls the importance of good sportsmanship, being kind to others, and helping the team achieve our goals. Our goal is for these girls to not only have fun and learn, but to grow and build character so that they can become positive role models and influences in our community. We have positive incentives built into our program to reward the team accordingly. We want to encourage lady-like behavior and the full cooperation of each participant. Rewards such as “Doll of the Week” and “Spirit Girl of the Week” are designed for fun, but also to stress the importance of the conduct we expect and the goals of our team.

❤️ What an AMAZING day at the Derrick Dolls Annual Red Jacket Ceremony and Pie a Coach Fundraiser!

This year was extra special as our highest earner had the honor of pieing our director, and she absolutely loved every minute of it! 😂🥧 Nothing says family like a little fun, laughter, and a whole lot of pie!

We are so grateful to have the coaching team we do who embraces the shenanigans, leads with their whole heart, and pours so much love into this organization. It takes a special team to make the magic happen, and we are blessed to have staff who believe in our mission and go above and beyond for our families.

Together with the Klein Oilers Football we raised OVER $12,000 to help support our families with their season expenses! ❤️🙌

What a blessing to be part of an organization filled with so much love, dedication, and heart. Thank you to everyone who made this day unforgettable and continues to support the Derrick Dolls! ❤️

**Big hearts, big laughs, and an even BIGGER impact!**
