Oh, the thinks we have thunk! After many careful days and nights in the Jungle of Nool, we are thrilled to finally announce the cast of Seussical Jr.! We know it took a little longer, but oh, what a tough decision it was—so much talent, so many stars! We wish we could have cast every Who and every Sneetch, but we thank each and every one of you for auditioning.

Stage West Playhouse, along with Director Michelle Root, Music Director Eric Vrtis, and Choreographer Linda Hougland, are excited to to announce the cast of Seussical, Jr.! To all who auditioned: keep an eye on Facebook and our website for future opportunities.

Our cast read-through is Tuesday, May 26th at 6:30 PM. Parents, please stay the first 10–15 minutes for important paperwork.

Act 3 of Neil Simon’s Plaza Suite introduces us to the delightfully chaotic Hubleys as they try to get their daughter married… whether she wants to come out of the bathroom or not! Roy and Norma Hubley are determined to make this wedding happen, but nerves, family tension, and complete emotional mayhem turn Suite 719 into one of the funniest wedding disasters you’ll ever witness on stage. Add in frantic pacing, razor-sharp comedy, and some unforgettable characters, and you’ve got an act that has audiences laughing from start to finish.

Act 2 of Neil Simon’s Plaza Suite brings the hilariously unpredictable “Visitor from Hollywood” to Suite 719! Jesse Kiplinger, now a successful Hollywood producer, reconnects with his high school flame Muriel Tate during a whirlwind reunion filled with nostalgia, flirtation, awkward moments, and absolutely outrageous comedy! What starts as a simple catch-up quickly spirals into one of the funniest and most chaotic encounters in the entire show.
