MISSION: POSABILITY is a nonprofit that provides positive opportunities of support for families affected by disability through I.M.P.A.C.T. CORE VALUES: Our core values make up the word I.M.P.A.C.T. which stands for: Inclusion, Ministry, Play, Advocacy, Community and Training. VISION: POSABILITY exists to make I.M.P.A.C.T. (which stands for: Inclusion, Ministry, Play, Advocacy, Community and Train

ing) accessible to families and neighbors. POSABILITY was founded in 2022 by Wayne & Tina Cordova & their daughter Emmalee, who is diagnosed with developmental disabilities. The Cordova's life mission is building community & connections between families of children with disabilities & breaking down barriers that prevent them from being a part of their larger community.

Intermediate Art Class was off to a fantastic start yesterday! 🎨✨ It was so much fun seeing everyone’s creativity shine through in this pattern block project. One of the best parts of this class is that it’s designed to support each artist. Whether someone works independently or needs a little extra assistance, we’re here to accommodate their needs, encourage their creativity, and help them express themselves with confidence. I can’t wait to see what these talented artists create next!

At Posability, we do everything we can to be prepared and ready for ANY ABILITY to join us! That’s why, before kicking off our Summer Programs this week, our staff participated in a variety of training sessions to ensure we’re providing the best support possible.
We welcomed Tracy Cox from CARD, who provided valuable training on interacting with children with varying abilities. Dr. Sandy Lanning, Physical Therapist, helped our team practice proper lifting and transfer techniques to promote safety and confidence. Diana Yates trained staff on understanding behaviors and effective strategies.
To wrap up our busy week of learning and preparation, we took some time to celebrate, connect, and unwind as a team with a fun and creative session hosted by Craft Social Florida

One of Posability’s core values is PLAY — because play matters.
So many of the kiddos we serve spend their days in therapy sessions, classrooms, and doctors appointments. At Emmalee’s Clubhouse, we want something different for them: a place where children of all abilities feel welcome, included, and free to simply be kids.
Our staff and volunteers are trained not only on the importance of play, but also on how to engage, connect, and play alongside children of all abilities.
There’s always work to do behind the scenes to keep our organization running. But at Posability, we have one important rule:
💛 If a child asks us to play, we stop what we’re doing and play!
From our team members to our CEO, we believe those moments matter most. Because connection, joy, imagination, and inclusion happen through play.

We were blessed with perfect weather and an amazing day at the beautiful Southern Hills Golf Course. A huge THANK YOU to our generous sponsors — this event would not have been possible without your support and commitment to Posability’s mission.
