One of the highlights of the event will be a Mobile Health Clinic that will provide well-child checks, sports physicals, lab tests, referrals and free eye exams. The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance, and offers a sliding fee scale based on income. 🏡 We Love Zoning! 💙

Some people think zoning is boring. Not at South Bend Heritage. We get excited when zoning is used as a tool to create more attainable housing, strengthen neighborhoods, and open doors to opportunity instead of closing them. Big thanks to the South Bend Common Council for unanimously approving our rezoning request for the West Wayne Street Area at last night’s council meeting. Later this year we’ll be constructing two duplexes. We’re also grateful to be working with the City’s Planning Team to finalize the development plan for the entire area. We can’t wait to get started!

Celebrating Older Americans Month with some of the amazing seniors from our Resident Life program 🖤

Recently, this group enjoyed a fun-filled day trip to Chippewa Bowl — sharing laughs, making memories, and building community together. Moments like these remind us that connection, joy, and belonging matter at every age.

We’re grateful to Wells Fargo Trusts and Community Foundation of St. Joseph County for helping make outings and enrichment opportunities like this possible for our seniors.
