The numbers are in, and Pulaski County has once again set a new tourism record!

In 2025, visitors spent an incredible $152.7 million in our community, demonstrating the tremendous impact tourism continues to have on our local economy.

This record-setting spending supported:

* 1,133 local jobs
* $31.5 million in employee income
* $11.1 million in state and local tax revenue

Tourism is about so much more than vacations and weekends at Lake Cumberland. It's about supporting local jobs, creating customers for our businesses, generating revenue for community improvements, helping fund local services, and enhancing the quality of life we all enjoy.

Today, we want to extend a heartfelt congratulations and thank you to the many tourism professionals, hospitality workers, business owners, attractions, marinas, restaurants, hotels, retailers, event organizers, and community partners who make Pulaski County a destination visitors want to experience time and time again.

Your dedication, hard work, and commitment to providing exceptional experiences continue to pay dividends for our entire community.

And the momentum isn't slowing down!

With the upcoming Lake Cumberland 250 celebration and the highly anticipated opening of Horse Soldier Farms Distillery this summer, the future has never looked brighter for The Capital of Lake Cumberland.

Congratulations to everyone who plays a role in making Pulaski County one of Kentucky's premier tourism destinations. The best is yet to come!
