Progress is happening in Burkina Faso!

Thanks to a recent grant, construction is moving forward on a new 8th-grade classroom. This is an exciting step toward expanding access to education for students who are eager to learn and grow.

We’re now only $5,000 away from completing this classroom.

Once finished, work will begin on the 9th-grade classroom... the final step needed for the school to receive government certification and become fully accredited.
That certification will open even more doors for students and strengthen their future opportunities.

Would you consider partnering with us to help finish what has been started?
Every gift makes a difference.

Today we'd love to introduce you to Sandra and her teacher.

Sandra is a bright 7-year-old student in the third grade who is making an impact both academically and spiritually. During the 2025 school holiday, she began learning the piano and quickly developed a passion for Christian music. What started as a new interest soon blossomed into an incredible opportunity... Sandra recorded a six-track album and is now invited to sing in churches, at community events, and on television.
As impressive as her musical accomplishments are, Sandra is also the top student in her class. Her dedication to her studies and her commitment to using her gifts for God's glory are an inspiration to those around her.

Sandra's story reminds us that children can thrive in the classroom while growing in their faith and serving others. With encouragement, education, and opportunity, young people can discover and develop the talents God has given them.
Please join us in celebrating Sandra's achievements and praying for her as she continues to grow in knowledge, faith, and confidence.

Today, on World Environment Day, we're celebrating the small actions that create lasting change. 🌱

At Bethesda in Senegal, students participate in Social Days throughout the year, caring for their school and surrounding community. Through these experiences, they learn responsibility, stewardship, and the importance of taking pride in the places where they live and learn.

This year, Bethesda took another step toward a greener future. During a recent visit, our Executive Director, Megan, joined a Bethesda teacher in planting trees around the school grounds. These trees will grow alongside the students, providing shade, protection, and environmental benefits for years to come.

We believe that when children learn to care for their school, they also learn to care for the world around them. They discover that even small actions can make a meaningful difference.

This World Environment Day, we celebrate the students, teachers, and leaders who are helping build a more sustainable future, one tree, one act of service, and one generation at a time.

Exam week is almost here for the students at Grace School in Burkina Faso!

As they prepare to take their exams next week, we're asking our friends and supporters to join us in praying for these incredible students.

Pray for confidence, focus, good health, and peace as they complete their testing. Pray that they would remember what they have learned, do their very best, and be encouraged by the support of their families, teachers, and community.

These students have worked hard throughout the school year, and this is an important milestone in their educational journey. As education continues to open doors of opportunity and hope, we are grateful for the chance to come alongside them through prayer.

Thank you for partnering with us in supporting the children of Grace School. Your prayers are a meaningful reminder that they are loved, encouraged, and supported by a global community that believes in their future.

Tonight, Amelia had the opportunity to share about her recent trip to Guatemala with GO at the newlife.tv PM Gathering.

During the trip, Amelia helped build a shed at HOPE in San Antonio and saw firsthand the impact of GO’s sponsorship program. Through sponsorship, children receive nutritious meals, tutoring, English education, music and sports opportunities, and access to Bible Club, where they learn about the hope and love found in Jesus.

Thank you, Amelia, for sharing your experience and helping the church see how God is working through partnerships like these around the world. We are grateful for everyone who supports this life-changing ministry.

GO Back Thursday

This was Bethesda School in 2014… and what a difference 10 years can make!

Today, Bethesda has grown from a small beginning into a thriving school serving students from preschool through 7th grade, with enrollment more than doubling over the years.

We’re so thankful for God’s faithfulness, faithful partners, and the incredible growth that continues to impact children and families in Senegal.

Last week, Grace School celebrated Cultural Day—a special tradition that honors the many different tribes represented in the community.

The children came dressed in traditional clothing, enjoyed national dishes, and celebrated the beauty of their cultures together. It’s always one of the favorite days of the year!
