Our hearts are still full from yesterday! Seeing our students stand tall and speak with such clarity and confidence at the Speech Showcase was a true gift.

To our parents and the Silver Spring community: thank you. You are the primary guides in your children’s lives, and we are so honored to walk alongside you in this discipleship journey. Seeing the joy on our students' faces as they shared what they’ve learned reminds us that when faith and academic excellence meet, children truly thrive.

It started with a conversation in the summer of 2024. 🌿

A pivotal discussion about the burdens Christian parents face sparked the vision for Ahadu Christian Academy. We saw families disillusioned with systems offering information without formation, leaving children spiritually compromised.

The solution was clear: we needed an educational partner that works synergistically with the home to raise a strong, unshakeable generation. 🛡️

Driven by conviction, we set out to reimagine education through a Christ-centered lens. We envisioned a place where character is cultivated, purpose is awakened, and every child's God-given potential is honored. That is the mission that brought Ahadu to life.

There is something profoundly moving about watching a child stand tall, take a breath, and speak words of truth with quiet confidence.

Yesterday’s 2026 Speech Showcase was more than just a school event; it was a glimpse into the future. Our Silver Spring campus was filled with such joy as we saw students who didn't just recite lines: they articulated big ideas, shared stories of grace, and demonstrated the kind of clear thinking we strive for every day.

At Ahadu, we believe wisdom is the goal. It’s not just about what they know, but how they use that knowledge to lead with purpose. Seeing our students navigate the stage with such poise reminded us why we prioritize an education that nurtures the heart, mind, and spirit.

Yesterday’s Speech Showcase was more than just a presentation: it was a reflection of children realizing their voices are a gift from God. Finding the confidence to speak up can be hard, but at Ahadu, we believe true confidence comes from knowing your identity in Christ. Our students weren't just reciting words; they were practicing stewardship of speech, learning to communicate with clarity and kindness to reflect God’s truth. Whether nervous or bold, every child was cheered on by a community that knows them by name. We focus on spiritual and academic growth, nurturing children who speak with wisdom and heart. Is your child ready to lead with their words?

At Ahadu Christian Academy, we believe in nurturing students to become purposeful leaders who can speak the truth with wisdom and grace. We want our students to understand that their voices matter in the world!

The Tuttle Twins are hosting an incredible America 250 Letter to the Editor Contest, and it is the perfect chance for your kids (ages 18 and under) to practice their civic voice. All they have to do is write an editorial for a local newspaper about America’s upcoming 250th anniversary.

If they are one of the 250 winners, they will receive a copy of America’s History Volume 3 to donate. We would be so honored if they chose to donate that book to our growing library at Ahadu!

The deadline to enter is July 2nd. Let’s encourage our children to think critically about history and lead the way with their ideas.

The stage is set, the hearts are ready, and we can’t wait to see wisdom in action. Today is our Ahadu Christian Academy Speech Showcase!

At Ahadu, we believe wisdom is more than just knowledge: it’s the ability to know what is true and share it with grace. Seeing our students step up to the microphone isn't just about public speaking; it’s about watching them grow into purposeful leaders who can think deeply and speak clearly.

Joy is the way we learn, and there is so much joy in seeing a child find their voice. This showcase is a beautiful reflection of the partnership between our school and our families as we disciple these young hearts together.
