💗💚 Sigma Rho Omega ending the Spring session like it’s 2006! 💚💗

Business handled. Sisterhood celebrated. Memories made. ✨

As we close out another successful Spring session, we did what we do best—came together, laughed together, and enjoyed a little friendly competition before heading into summer break.

The vibes were high, the creativity was unmatched, and the fellowship was everything! ☀️💕 Here’s to a well-deserved summer break and returning refreshed, recharged, and ready for all that’s ahead.

See you in the fall, Sisters! Enjoy your summer and stay safe! 💗💚

Healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about becoming who you were always meant to be. 💚🩷

This Mental Health Awareness Month, Cecelia Simon, LPC, NCC, MAC, MAM reminds us that transformation begins when we allow ourselves to feel, heal, and grow beyond survival mode. Therapy can help you break unhealthy cycles, rediscover your confidence, build healthier relationships, and turn pain into peace.

You are not defined by what tried to break you. There is strength in seeking help, courage in doing the inner work, and beauty in your healing journey.

Feel so you can heal. Your transformation begins from within. 🌿

Resilience doesn’t mean you never struggle—it means you keep going even when life feels heavy. 💚🩷

This Mental Health Awareness Month, Chantal Young, LPC-S, reminds us that healing is not linear and strength is not found in perfection. It’s found in showing up, asking for help when needed, giving yourself grace, and taking one step forward at a time.

✨Be kind to your mind.
✨Choose progress over perfection.
✨Allow yourself space to heal and grow.

No matter what you may be facing, your story is not over. Better days are ahead, and your resilience is your power.

As we recognize Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s remember that mental wellness matters at every stage of life. 💚🩷

Our seniors have poured so much wisdom, love, and care into others throughout the years—it’s important that we also encourage them to care for themselves. From staying socially connected to finding joy in hobbies and healthy habits, small steps can make a big difference in emotional well-being.

Together, let’s continue creating spaces where our elders feel supported, valued, heard, and loved. 🌿

Special thanks to Lavondria Petterway-Moffett, MSN, RN for sharing these meaningful tips and helping bring awareness to senior mental health.

Healthy relationships don’t happen by accident—they are built through intentional care, communication, trust, and support. 💚🩷

This Mental Health Awareness Month, Jessica Booth, MSW, LMSW, reminds us that the connections we nurture can greatly impact our emotional and mental well-being. From setting healthy boundaries to practicing empathy and creating meaningful moments together, every intentional action helps strengthen the relationships that help us grow.

The people around us should inspire peace, encouragement, accountability, and joy. Strong relationships create safe spaces where we can heal, thrive, and become the best versions of ourselves.

Invest in connection. Nurture relationships. Thrive together. 🌸
