The Valerie Sivinski Fund—named in honor of longtime Washington Trust board member Valerie Sivinski—provides annual grants to community groups doing hands‑on preservation work across Washington.

Our ninth 2026 Valerie Sivinski fund spotlight is the Temple Beth Hatfiloh, which received a grant in support of In support of the textile restoration of the 1938 parochet valance, the curtain that sits in front of the Torah ark, at the synagogue located in Olympia.

The Valerie Sivinski Fund—named in honor of longtime Washington Trust board member Valerie Sivinski—provides annual grants to community groups doing hands‑on preservation work across Washington.

Our eighth 2026 Valerie Sivinski fund spotlight is the Snohomish Historical Society, which received a grant in support of remediating and stabilizing a moisture-damaged storage room at the historic 1878 Blackman House Museum.
