💙 Small acts of kindness make a big difference!

We were grateful to participate in the Microsoft Give event, where employees assembled hygiene kits, wrote heartfelt messages for our families, and added plushies to our care packages to bring smiles to little ones!

We also had the opportunity to share Grassroot Projects’ mission and explore ways employees can get involved in supporting immigrant and refugee children.

A heartfelt thank-you to Microsoft for their generosity, volunteerism, and donation of hygiene essentials. These items are a luxury for many of our families and will help ease their financial burden.

Together, we’re making a difference! 💙

We’re excited to share that Grassroot Projects has received a grant from the Indianapolis Foundation to help us increase our capacity and expand our programs that directly advance health equity by reducing barriers to access, increasing social support, and creating opportunities for immigrant children and families to thrive.

Thank you to the Indianapolis Foundation for investing in this work and in Indianapolis.

We had a wonderful time attending the Indyvolved event last evening, where we had conversations with people in the community and told them about the work we do. We had motivated volunteers who signed up and looking forward to connecting with them.

A Happy Birthday to Savanur

A heartfelt thank you to Savanur, who not only raised funds through his initiative with the Bhangra Bangers Dance Academy students, but also personally donated to support immigrant and refugee children in our community.

Deepak, your generosity and thoughtfulness mean so much to us. What a wonderful way to turn your birthday into an opportunity to give back! 🙏✨
