Thank you, Kayla Feder Sensei , for such an amazing seminar at and this past weekend! We learned so much—from sharpening our techniques to strengthening our connection to the kami, this seminar reminded us why we practice aikido, especially at a time of so much violence and suffering in the world.

Most of all, thank you for showing us the joy in practice and how to be vs do in aikido. 🏔️🎋🌞
